Jack’s Friends Foundation was founded in honor of a beautiful little boy who was charismatic, enthusiastic, fashionable and who happened to be born with Down Syndrome. Jack’s Friends mission is to bring hope, encouragement and support to families who have received a Down Syndrome diagnosis for their beautiful child.
