Jack’s Friends Foundation was founded in honor of a beautiful little boy who was charismatic, enthusiastic, fashionable and who happened to be born with Down Syndrome. Jack’s Friends mission is to bring hope, encouragement and support to families who have received a Down Syndrome diagnosis for their beautiful child. They are dedicated to eliminating the negative and often times false perception of what a life with Down Syndrome is really like by providing resources, family testimonials and embracing the beauty of Down Syndrome.
